This board is a beast! Beautiful maple, sturdy, and the juice groove is deep. I use it for all my carving. It's reversible, so I can use both sides. Worth every penny even at full price, at this discount it's a steal!
This is a professional-grade board. It's very heavy, which is great for stability. The juice groove works well. The only reason for 4 stars is that it's so heavy it's hard to move around for cleaning. But that's expected for a board this size.
I've been a chef for 15 years, and this is one of the best boards I've owned. The maple is gorgeous, the construction is solid, and it holds up beautifully. The juice groove with catch pan is a nice touch. I highly recommend this to anyone serious about cooking.
The board is well-made, but it arrived dry. I had to oil it thoroughly before first use. Also, the juice groove is not as deep as I expected. But after conditioning, it looks great and works fine.
I bought this board for my husband who loves to grill. He was overjoyed. The size is perfect for big roasts, and the juice groove catches all the juices. It's beautiful enough to leave on the counter. Great purchase!
This board is definitely durable and well-made. It's a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. I deducted one star because the instructions for maintenance are not clear, but after doing some research, I knew to oil it regularly. Overall, great board.
