Haakaa Breast Therapy Packs (2-Pack, Grey) – Hot & Cold Compresses for Breastfeeding

These packs are amazing. After using warm compresses, my milk flow improved, and the cold ones helped reduce swelling. They mold nicely to the breast. Highly recommend.

They work well for relieving pain and engorgement. The gel has a slight chemical smell that fades after a bit. The shape is convenient, and they stay warm/cold for a good amount of time. Just wish they were a little larger.

I had mastitis twice, and these packs were a lifesaver. The warm compression helped with letdown, and the cold ones numbed the pain. They fit well in a nursing bra, and the grey color hides stains. The two-pack is perfect – one in use, one in the fridge. Worth every penny.

These didn't fit my breast size and the strap kept slipping. The gel also leaked from the seams after a few weeks. Disappointed.

Very effective for engorgement. They get cold quickly in the fridge and stay cold. The only downside is a faint rubbery smell that lingers. It's not too strong, but noticeable.

I use the hot one in the morning to encourage letdown and the cold one at night to soothe. They are comfortable and easy to use. The strap keeps them in place. I've bought another set for my sister.
